Dr. Mirone has joined Tender Care Pediatrics in 2017. After graduating from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-School of Osteopathic Medicine, Stratford, NJ, in 2007, she completed her Residency at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, Philadelphia.

Dr. Mirone has been practicing Pediatric in New Jersey since 2008. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics.

My name is Rolande Mirone. I am happy and proud to be a member of Tender Care Pediatrics. Pediatrics has been nothing short of a calling for me. Many years ago, while looking for a summer job as a teenager, I was hired by a great pediatric practice in my hometown in Northern New Jersey. I found such enjoyment in working with children. My fate was sealed and I have never looked back.

I graduated from UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008 and did my residency in pediatrics at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. I practiced for one year in a practice in Gibbsboro, New Jersey, then spent the next nine years at a wonderful practice in Vineland.

Upon moving to this area with my husband, Gary and my son, Luca, I searched for a very special kind of pediatric practice – the kind of practice that fosters relationships with children and their families based on quality care, mutual respect and appreciation. That is Tender Care Pediatrics.

Caring for children (really caring for them) has brought me such happiness and fulfillment. It is my honor to be entrusted in the care of your child.
