Your Telemedicine Visit

In order to be prepared for your telemedicine visit, please follow the steps below:

1. Record your child’s temperature and weight
2. Click on the Waiting Room link below or…
3. Sign in to your patient portal and click on the visit link located below the patient’s “Upcoming Appointments”
4. Enter the patient’s first and last name into the “Welcome” box (do not enter the parent’s name)
5. Enable camera and microphone access for your device
6. Your visit will begin shortly

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please use our helpful tips for troubleshooting. It is recommended to close out any opened applications on your device before signing in.
